New to Board30FC? Join our Basic class, A Interval Training experience that introduces you to our signature full-body resistance workout. This class focuses on learning correct alignment, muscle engagement, and offers ample modifications for individuals of all levels. It's perfect for new students looking to master the fundamentals, but everyone is welcome to join and benefit from this foundational class.
BOARD30
Our signature Board30 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a 45 minute full body resistance work out. We focus on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors. All levels are welcome and modifications can be implemented.

Circuit
Circuit "HIIT" is a dynamic class that goes beyond the board, incorporating a variety of equipment and exercises to elevate your workout. From plyometrics and ropes to sandbags and sprints, this class challenges you with a range of movements to increase intensity and variety. If you're ready for a higher impact workout and eager to push your limits, Circuit "HIIT" is perfect for you!
