Board 30

let's band together

Theresa Rudel Owner, BOARD30 Studio

I have been in fitness my whole life. From growing up doing gymnastics and dance, to group sports, running, cycling, bodybuilding, and triathlons - movement is in my family. I have enjoyed climbing 38 of the 14'ers in Colorado over the last 15 years with my husband. I started teaching group fitness and then went into personal training, which I have been doing for the last 20 years. I enjoy sharing my love for healthy lifestyles and physical well-being with people, and bringing the athlete out in everyone. I believe that with a positive attitude and an uplifting energy toward life, good things will come your way. This came true for me when I found BOARD30. As soon as I stepped onto the BodyBoard I could not get enough of it. I knew it would be a perfect fit for Fort Collins.

Hi, my name is Sheroya Sewell and I am a graduating senior at Colorado State University. I have always had a love for physical fitness. Throughout my life I have been exposed to the world of fitness from dancing at a performance arts high-school to playing a numerous amount of sports outside of that boxing being my favorite! I think physical activity is such an important factor in overall health and well being and my goal is always to spread that awareness. Through exercise, I have the ability to meet new people and show them how fun it is to be active all while building those important intimate relationships with every person I meet. I love to leave a lasting impression on every person I encounter and I can’t wait to continue to serve my community as a fitness instructor and trainer!

Pamela Simmons-Lee

At the start of my fitness journey, I gravitated towards running regularly and competing in races ranging from 5K's to 50K’s. I regularly cross train on a road bike, incorporate functional training and yoga.

Being a spouse of twenty plus years, mom of three children, a volunteer with SAVA (Sexual Assault Victims Advocacy), National Charity League, CPR/AED certified and now instructing on the BOARD30 BodyBoard; fitness is as present and enjoyable in my life as it was at the start.

Kailey Corprew

Kailey is a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher.) that has been involved with stretch and movement since she was 4 years old. Much of her early relationship with fitness involved learning how to push her body, not always in the most mindful and conscious ways. She discovered yoga in 2016, when she finally honored her body’s desire to restore. She hopes to hold an encouraging and transformative space that offers growth and reflection. She allows students to take the challenge of nurturing their bodies and minds through conscious movement.

Kailey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where she spent her time running and cheerleading. After moving to Colorado in 2018 to attend CSU, she fell in love with Fort Collins! She spends her spare time reading, hiking and birdwatching.
