Welcome to the ultimate total body workout in 45 min Say goodbye to crowded gyms, expensive equipment & Say goodbye to mundane workouts. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your flexibility and balance, we have you covered! 

Please review the listed class variations for an excellent first fit.

As a new student to BOARD30FC:

  • 15 minutes before the class time.
  • You can chose to wear shoes or go without.
  • Introduce yourself to the instructor who can help you find a suitable board & review the setup.
  • Each one-minute sustained class movement can be modified for all fitness levels.
